What are Keepers
They were created by the titans as great guardians charged with executing, protecting and overseeing essential parts of Azeroth's order.
The main Keepers
Odyn, Loken, Thorim, Freya, Mimiron and Hodir have their own function, temperament and sphere of action. This makes the group politically interesting.
Loken as Northrend villain
His corruption by Yogg-Saron does not just destroy one individual. It disorganizes entire networks of trust, authority and containment.
Watchers as servants of the Keepers
Watchers operate at lower levels of the same logic of surveillance, enforcement and custody. They are functional arms of the titanic order.
Ulduar as prison and laboratory
Ulduar combines both functions. It is a place for observation, maintenance and containment of extreme cosmic threats.
